Delete your SkyStack account
You can delete your player profile and everything attached to it at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
In the app (recommended)
- Open SkyStack and tap your profile at the top of the main menu.
- Scroll to Account and tap Delete my profile.
- Type DELETE to confirm and tap Delete forever.
If you are using the web version, the same steps apply at skystack.mediaverse.ai. You need to be logged in to the profile you want to delete; if the profile is protected with a password, log in first (Profile → Log in to another profile).
By email
If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my SkyStack account" and your player name (and friend code, if you know it). We will delete the profile within 30 days and confirm by reply. Because profiles have no email address attached, we may ask you to confirm ownership, for example by logging in to the profile or by describing recent games.
What is deleted
- Your profile: player name, avatar, friend code, password hash and all login sessions.
- All your game results and leaderboard entries.
- Your friends list, friend requests and challenges.
Records of finished live battles are kept without any link to you (your side is blanked). Encrypted database backups expire automatically within seven days. Data stored only on your device (settings, local records, pass-and-play results) is removed when you delete the app.
